Return Eligibility

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

  • To exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Returns without a tracking code can get lost in the mail. We always advise customers to register a return with us and provide a tracking code.
